APPROACH...

Our approach to working with our clients involves the use of the following principles, tools and techniques:

  1. Employs the “Concept of Fit” to determine both the nature of the problem and appropriate solution scenarios.
     
  2. Uses a highly interactive, facilitative and synergistic style of consulting to foster client involvement and ownership in the diagnosis and solution of the problem.
     
  3. Develops tailored business solutions to client problems both in terms of the nature of the process used to solve the problem and the innovation developed as a final solution.
     
  4. Uses the principles of “Change Management” to introduce and implement any technical, structural or policy/procedural innovation into the clients’ environment.
     
  5. Develops a “Business Model”.  This is a standard part of any consulting assignment and is used to outline the relationship of the project to the organization as a whole, along with a delineation of relevant functions and associated activities.
     
  6. Uses a variety of research techniques to determine both the most recent general trends/ practices and those particular to the clients’ environment.
     
  7. Provides both a business and technology perspective in the building of solutions to client problems.
     
  8. Employs a continuous learning philosophy to build innovative and resilient solutions to meet client needs.
     
  9. Provides “Value-Added Services” as part of each consulting assignment including: training to ensure the client has the ability to maintain and improve agreed upon business solutions; and the provision of feedback systems to enable the client to assess the effectiveness of new innovations.
