Our approach to working with our clients involves the use of the following principles, tools and techniques:
- Employs the “Concept of Fit” to determine both the nature of the problem and appropriate solution scenarios.
- Uses a highly interactive, facilitative and synergistic style of consulting to foster client involvement and ownership in the diagnosis and solution of the problem.
- Develops tailored business solutions to client problems both in terms of the nature of the process used to solve the problem and the innovation developed as a final solution.
- Uses the principles of “Change Management” to introduce and implement any technical, structural or policy/procedural innovation into the clients’ environment.
- Develops a “Business Model”. This is a standard part of any consulting assignment and is used to outline the relationship of the project to the organization as a whole, along with a delineation
of relevant functions and associated activities.
- Uses a variety of research techniques to determine both the most recent general trends/ practices and those particular to the clients’ environment.
- Provides both a business and technology perspective in the building of solutions to client problems.
- Employs a continuous learning philosophy to build innovative and resilient solutions to meet client needs.
- Provides “Value-Added Services” as part of each consulting assignment including: training to ensure the client has the ability to maintain and improve agreed upon business solutions; and the
provision of feedback systems to enable the client to assess the effectiveness of new innovations.
